Payment Guide for available stocks
Step 1 E-mail all of the merchandise you like to buy to magicofwardrobe@gmail.com. Write down the code and details of the item, as well as the delivery address.
Example:
6317, Black, Free Size, RM30
P/S: 6317 (Item Code)
Black (Color)
Free Size (Size)
RM 30/= (Price) & Delivery Address
Step 3 Wait for our email to confirm the stock availability, total price and payment details. Please read and understand our terms & conditions before ordering.
Step 4 Bank In Payment.
Step 5 Followed by an email notification of payment (YOUR NAME + Amount Paid). We will reply you with the identification of payment status.
Step 6 Shipping.
Payment Guide for Pre-Order stocks

Step 3 Wait for our email to advise on payment details. Please read and understand our terms & conditions before ordering.
Step 4 Bank In Payment before the closing date.
Step 5 Followed by an email notification of payment (YOUR NAME + Amount Paid). We will reply you with the identification of payment status.
Step 6 We will then proceed to order the items from supplier and it will takes around 2-3 weeks in order to get the stocks.
Step 7 Shipping to customer end once stocks received from the supplier.
Payment Method
-Preferably Cash Deposit OR Maybank2U. Payment has to be made within 3 days after commit of the order, otherwise order will be cancelled automatically. (Please inform earlier if any late payment to be made)
- Please send a notification after payment done by email magicofwardrobe@gmail.com
- If buyer do not receive any reply from us within 48 hours, please re-send your message. It might be technical issues which caused us do not receive your message.
- Upon receiving of the payment, item will be post within 48 hours.
- Payment details will be updated via emails.
Delivery
1. Buyer will need to bear the shipping cost.
2. All items will be ship by normal parcel service or Pos Laju Malaysia as per requested by customer.
3. Payment clearance Mon - Fri before 12 pm, merchandise will be arranged for delivery immediately on the same day. Payment after 12 pm, will be considered as next business day.
4. If any delays in the delivery, advance notice will be given.
5. Pos Laju Tracking number will be given once the merchandise is delivered. Visit here to keep track of your shipment.
Terms & Conditions
1. Dresses are imitation edition from magazines, similar degree about 90%. If needs the original edition, please DO NOT place your order.
2. COLOR: Due to the setting of monitor, color might slightly difference with the picture. If you very mind on it, please DO NOT order!
3. SIZE: Please check carefully with the measurement list whether it is fit. If buyer could not fit, it CANNOT be a reason for return.
4. INFO: Please do not hesitate to drop me an email at magicofwardrobe@gmail.com, comments and guidelines will be given for you.
5. Please read and understand with the terms & conditions applied before purchase. NO exchange or refund after payment.
6. Payment has to be made within 3 days after confirmation of order. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically.
7. ONLY serious buyers are welcome.
8. All information contained herein is subject to change without prior notice.
Return Policy Applicable for product returns:
Incorrect products:
Products shipped to are different in sizes, colors and styles from what you ordered.
Damaged or Defective item.
Deadline for Return:
Please return within 5 days from the time we shipped. Overdue returns will not be processed. Buyers with the above problems can also request for an exchange for other products of the same value.
Not applicable for product returns/exchange:
We do not accept subjective reasons for return/exchange such as not good looking, not up to my expectation, size cannot be fitted, changing mind, etc.
For buyers who request for exchange:
The replaced products can be combined and shipped together with your next order/shipment and there will be no administration fees charged and no extra shipping cost within the base weight. This is to compensate for the inconvenience caused to the returns and replacements. However, if only 1 piece of item is needed to be shipped without combining other items, the return shipping cost will be bear by the buyer.
Points to take note for refund/replacement of goods:
Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the all the shipping cost. Goods returned must be in the original condition as ship to you. Any damages or alterations caused by the customer are not eligible for replacements, returns or exchanges.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and sincerely seek for your understanding to the above.
To return any items for exchange, please send them via regular air mail, normal parcel service or by Pos Laju.
